Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a customer-facing success, consulting, account management or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • A passion for consultative problem solving to identify customer opportunities and solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • B2B software or eCommerce experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the success of an SMB portfolio of clients with a focus on revenue growth and retention while providing an exceptional customer experience. Our mission is to be “the greatest customer success team in the Digital marketing industry”.
  • Lead monthly and/or quarterly strategy and training calls with clients to ensure their continued success with Talkable. This includes creating data-driven presentations and defining success metrics.
  • Become an expert on the Talkable platform, with a deep understanding of our technology and best practices.
  • Support day-to-day client needs including responding to questions from customers directly or routing them to appropriate resources for assistance.
  • Coordinate with internal product, implementations, and professional services teams to deliver high-quality work and communicate client feedback to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of our customer knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and identify points of escalation.
