  • This role is to ensure a successful onboarding for new customers whilst laying the foundation for a customer’s long-term success with Talkable - your goal will be to transform new customers into Talkable experts and advocates.
  • You will be introduced to the customer as a point of contact once they’ve signed and you will assist in aligning their expectations, defining project timelines, supporting their integration with the Talkable product, and ensuring their referral program is built in accordance with our best practices.
  • You will be responsible for helping coordinate activities of the members of the implementations team and making sure launch plans stay on schedule.
  • You will assist with the coordination of client calls and ensuring necessary stakeholders and SME(s) are included as needed.
  • You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to define ongoing best practices to continuously improve upon Talkable’s onboarding experience.
  • Additional responsibilities include:
    - Summarizing and maintaining status on implementation program timelines, highlighting any barriers to success, and proposing mitigation strategies.
    - Leading key project meetings with the customer to gather requirements, define project specifications including campaign placements, incentive, and reward structure, integrations (with eCommerce sites, ESPs, and CRMs), and technical requirements (webhooks, APIs).
    - Proactively outreaching to customers to ensure they’re on track & providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
    - Maintaining project-related documentation, including client goals and requirements; ensuring relevant information is passed successfully to applicable teams and individuals.
    - Building trusting and meaningful relationships with key points of contact.


  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management or Implementations at a software company (will be a plus if you have experience with SaaS marketing platforms and referrals).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting the project and technical leadership (planning, collaboration, conflict resolution, driving results) on both small and large technology projects with strong problem solving and analytical/reasoning skills.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar bug-tracking tool.
  • Understanding of HTTP Protocol is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to take charge in a situation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture and ensure a collaborative approach to achieving shared business objectives.
  • Experience with SaaS marketing platforms will be a plus.
