  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Content Marketing Manager to help implement, document and streamline Marketing processes.
  • Manage marketing reporting and budgeting and deliver marketing OKRs.
  • Ownership of the Lead Routing process; management of the inbound leads process - data cleansing, lead qualification, internal routing and scheduling meetings for the sales team, follow up and analysis of meeting quality.
  • Improve system connectedness; better integrate our CRM with Marketing automation, own and optimize our referral channels (G2, Capterra, etc.), to improve reporting and efficiency.
  • Make suggestions, research and onboard MarTech tools, in support of the core Marketing team OKRs.
  • Suggest strategies for untapped areas of marketing investment, to help design and lead the continual evolution and scaling of our marketing org and strategy.
  • Create insights from data and reporting. Must be able to critically think about the data in order to assess and optimize campaign performance.


  • 2+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience automating successful marketing strategies through technology and general fluency in marketing tech stacks & common vendors: ABM (Demandbase or (preferred), Salesforce, HubSpot, Drift, Facebook and Linkedin Manager.
