As a Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Head of Marketing and play a vital role in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, developing content, managing inbound leads, and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team and supporting agencies to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in alignment with department OKRs.
• Work with the team to write and develop content marketing pieces, including blogs, case studies, videos, whitepapers, and paid media.
• Provide weekly reporting and data pulls for Marketing Performance Dashboards and contribute to weekly department updates.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and webinars to engage with prospects and customers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for implementing new strategies.
• Manage inbound leads and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
• Demonstrate strong English written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all marketing activities are well-coordinated and executed.
• Possess basic knowledge of HubSpot and Google Suite, with the ability to obtain HubSpot certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Embrace constructive and quick feedback, and work collaboratively with a kind but direct manager.
• Display the ability to work independently while demonstrating passion, initiative, and joy in your work.

Our main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and content development.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• HubSpot certification is required within the first 90 days of employment.
