Sales Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations & Strategy or similar capacity for a SaaS company.
  • Experience with a global sales organization and enterprise sales. Strong experience in workflow rules, validation rules, and process builder.
  • Data expert. Querying and scoping (SQL, Salesforce), analysis (Excel), summarizing (pivot tables, charts, slides, written explanation), reporting (dashboards, repositories).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of sales metrics and sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide analytical support.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to drive multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience preparing decks & forecast for investors is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tasks and projects for Salesforce environment.
  • Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning processes used within the sales organization.
  • Partner with Sales team to develop dashboards and reports to ensure forecasting and reporting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company.
  • Work with sales leaderships to review and identify key improvement areas in the full sales cycle including handoff between marketing to sales and SDRs to AEs.
  • Manage sales tech stack usage to ensure that the team is following best practices and extracting maximum value from each tool.
  • Work with leadership to identify new markets for sales to target, use sales tools and online resources to evaluate revenue opportunities with each market, update Salesforce database with new account information, and assign accounts to sales team for outbound prospecting.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager with a technical background to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager will work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core technical Sales Operations functions to support lead generation, market segmentation, and report building for a SaaS business. This candidate should also have experience implementing applications and supporting the Salesforce platform.
