Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for getting large companies integrated and live with Talkable
  • You will be introduced to the customer as the main point of contact once they’ve signed and you will project manage the software integration process as well as get their first campaigns live
  • Once the customer is live, you will hand them off to their Customer Success Manager
  • Specific work includes:
    • Delivering projects through all of the development activities including the specification, integration, verification, and launch. Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and ensure that projects are delivered on time
    • Defining project specifications including campaign placements, incentive and reward structure, integration with customer’s shopping cart, integration with customer’s ESP and CRM, webook and API setup and redefining scope of the project, as needed
    • Validate project specifications with all stakeholders prior to initiating the integration phase
    • Develop and maintain all project-related documentation, including project plans and meeting notes and ensure they are available to all applicable teams and individuals
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing and refining the launch process

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years experience in Technical Project Management or Implementations at a software company
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing project and technical leadership (planning, collaboration, conflict resolution, driving results) on both small and large technology projects with strong problem solving and analytical/reasoning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to take charge in a situation
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture and ensure a collaborative approach to achieving shared business objectives
  • Business focused with a strong passion for customer success and helping to achieve customer goals

Preferred:

  • Experience with SaaS marketing platforms
