Dose Daily is a health and wellness subscription brand built around repeat customer routines. That made referral a natural fit, but the share moment did not always happen at checkout.
Talkable Wallet helped Dose Daily keep referral close at hand after the first website visit. Customers could save a referral pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, share through a QR code, and receive Wallet push notifications tied to referral moments or promotional timing.

The Challenge
Dose Daily needed referral to be easy to access, easy to remember, and simple to share. A standard referral program can perform well when customers see an onsite prompt or post-purchase message, but those touchpoints are often tied to one session.
For a subscription brand, advocacy often happens later. A customer may recommend the product after building the habit or when a friend asks about their routine. Dose Daily needed a way to keep the offer nearby without relying on a bigger discount or asking customers to search through email for a link.
The Solution
Dose Daily paired its Talkable referral program with Talkable Wallet. Friends received money off their first subscription, while advocates earned a reward after a friend purchased.
Wallet extended that program into a saved mobile pass. Advocates could add the referral pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, open it quickly, share through a QR code, and receive Wallet push notifications.

The Wallet Layer
Wallet became an extension of the broader referral program. It did not replace the Give/Get structure. It made the program easier to keep, share, and reactivate from a customer’s phone.

Push notifications were the clearest value signal. Wallet push-notification activity accounted for more than half of the attributed program revenue signal in the measured period and generated roughly 3x the revenue attributed to Wallet sales alone.

The Results
Since launch, Wallet-attributed activity represented about 18% of attributed program revenue during the measured period. Saved passes and QR sharing became more than a convenience feature. They became a measurable part of the referral engine.
Dose Daily also built a scaled Wallet audience, with 15K+ installs and 1.5K+ QR scans. That adoption created a durable pool of customers who could be reached and reactivated through saved passes and push notifications.
The Takeaway
For Dose Daily, Wallet helped turn referral from a momentary prompt into an always-available customer advocacy channel.
