RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- You will create marketing strategies for Talkable clients together with our US Customer Success Team.
- You will own the execution and optimization of referral marketing campaigns.
- You will combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
- You will also provide valuable feedback to clients about campaign performance and optimization.
- You will communicate and collaborate with internal teams to help define features to improve Talkable platform.
- You will work in the Talkable admin panel to create campaigns using the HTML/CSS knowledge you acquire through our internal training.
Campaign Performance Strategist, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with clients’ business goals and objectives, driving growth and retention.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to promote loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver client requests and enhance campaign performance efficiently.
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, optimize strategies, and proactively anticipate client needs.
- Prepare detailed reports that communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Possess or be willing to learn proficiency in HTML/CSS to support campaign execution and troubleshooting.
Client Success and LiveOps Analyst, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and report key account metrics and health scores for specific clients to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle internal system setups, management, and optimization for client campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requests related to campaigns are efficiently fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Analyze and monitor campaign data to optimize performance, anticipate potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Provide actionable insights based on consumer behavior and operational data to adapt strategies and meet changing client needs.
Front-End Engineer, Professional Services
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- You will work on Talkable customers’ custom marketing campaigns.
- You will create new and maintain existing campaigns, including updates, animation, custom design, A/B tests, and email template development.
- You will work with third-party service integrations to support and enhance platform functionality when necessary.
- You will handle integrations of Talkable into customers’ websites, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- You will have diverse tasks, ranging from creating and configuring campaigns to integrating with other services.
Full-stack Engineer, Professional Services
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions for Talkable clients.
- Develop, update, and optimize marketing campaigns, focusing on frontend elements like animations, custom designs, and A/B testing, as well as backend components like data handling and server-side logic.
- Integrate and manage third-party services to extend platform functionality and improve overall performance.
- Implement Talkable solutions into client websites, providing full-stack support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across both frontend and backend.
- Handle a wide range of tasks, from campaign creation and web integrations to backend development and service enhancements.
Growth Marketer, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
