Veronica received her M.Sc. in Business Development and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Since then she has worked with B2B customers across the world in numerous verticals. She strives to go above and beyond to ensure that every customer she works with is successful and has an enjoyable experience.
In his spare time Spencer enjoys woodworking and creates bespoke name puzzles for kids.
Head of Revenue Operations
Spencer is a NY native. After graduating from Syracuse University’s iSchool he moved out West to start a career in Financial Technology. His 7 years in FinTech afforded experiences from Business Analyst to lead Front-End developer and Professional Services Management. When he's not in the office, you'll likely find him outside, running and hiking the Bay Area or in the kitchen cooking up a storm!
Dasha can eat 48 oysters in one sitting (really, she’s done it before)!
Head of Campaign Management
Dasha has over 10 years of experience in consumer marketing. Her background has involved running national promotional campaigns, executing new product launches, and developing sponsorship programs. Her clients have included P&G, LMVH, Unilever, LG, and Lenovo. She is an excellent project manager and provides teammates lessons on how to best manage their time.
Bethany has played nearly every sport under the sun. From tearing up the dirt racing motocross, to wearing a skirt and bow as competitive cheerleader, Bethany rarely says no to an opportunity that takes her out of her comfort zone. That's what life is all about!
Customer Success Manager
Bethany is a New England based CSM who has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, as well as an MBA, which drives her passion for both human connection and enhancing business processes. She has been a customer-focused leader for over 8 years within higher education, and enjoys building customer relationships that drives growth and success.
In his spare time, he likes to hike with his wife and daughter and go mountain biking in the Deschutes National Forest.

Jason is based out of Bend, Oregon. With 6 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS and digital marketing companies like Glassdoor and Odysys, he has experience in website design, content moderation, and running Cost-Per-Click (CPC) campaigns. Jason is driven by building trusted relationships and strives for value in his partnerships. In his spare time, he likes to hike with his wife and daughter and go mountain biking in the Deschutes National Forest.
When he’s not working you can find him at the golf course, hockey rink, or around the house with his family working on projects.

Originally born in Canada, Daniel is an Atlanta, GA based Customer Success Manager that brings more than 5 years of customer success and account management experience within the marketing and e-commerce environment. Driven by his “Customer First” mindset and data-driven approach, he enjoys working with customers to help optimize their referral program.
Outside of work, Cate enjoys traveling to new places and experiencing different cuisines. While she loves to ski and hike, the beach will always be her favorite destination.

Cate has over seven years of experience working in client-facing roles across the non-profit sector and within higher education. Her background has been heavily focused on sales and account management, partnering with clients to build strong relationships and strategize how to grow the company's impact on its business and customers. Cate thrives on working in a team dynamic and strives to exceed customer expectations.
If not at work, Kate can probably be found snowboarding, surfing, or just off traveling.

Kate has over 8 years of experience in affiliate marketing and business development. In her previous role, she built a brand new user acquisition channel for MacKeeper from scratch — which quickly become a leader in its niche.
Oksana is a believer in the power of horoscopes, so she knows the zodiac sign of every colleague and lets them know when they have a lucky (or not so lucky) day on the horizon.
Campaign Management Team Lead
Oksana has over seven years of experience in digital marketing. She's driven by a desire to explore new marketing trends, uncover best practices, and help clients constantly iterate upon their programs. She prides herself on her laser eye for detail and ability to think outside the box. As a result, she’s everyone’s go-to teammate for brainstorming new ideas.
Vlad loves to spin records in clubs during his free time.
Loyalty Campaign Program Owner
Prior to Talkable, Vlad spent over 8 years in marketing at adidas Group. He successfully launched loyalty programs for adidas and Reebok and managed various other DTC projects. He loves streetwear and was the first person to bring Yeezy sneakers to Ukraine where he organized 7 “drops,” all of which sold out within three hours.
Outside of work, Dasha enjoys a good book, travels the world, supports the Ukrainian National Football Team, and can’t say no to good food.
Dasha was born and raised in Ukraine where she got Masters in Economics and Project Management before moving to NYC at the age of 24. Previously Dasha ran Operations for a non-profit for 4 years and worked in Customer Success and Implementations for over 5 years. She loves to solve problems and find better solutions to help customers achieve their goals.
You can often see Kate chasing her beagle, Carl, across various parks in Kyiv.
Implementation Manager (UX)
Kate has a masters degree in both Political Science and Public Administration and has over 5 years of experience in project management and 2 years in quality assurance. She’s also multilingual (she speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Polish plus knows some German and basic Hungarian)!
You can find Ahmed hiking new places or camping with his family enjoying family-time.
Ahmed has a B.S. in Information and Communication Technology from Limkokwing University and an MBA from Rockford University. He has over seven years of experience helping businesses launch new solutions, management consultation, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. In his spare time, you will find him hiking, camping, or working on his classic car if not driving it!
When not at work, Daria enjoys discovering the world. And while she hopes one day to visit every country, beach destinations are definitely her favorites.
Onboarding Campaign Manager
Daria has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and over 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within IT, hospitality, and retail environment. Before Talkable she worked for over 6 years as a Senior Customer support manager in an event tech industry solving complex requests and helping clients successfully use the product.
Alex is a single dad to his beloved cat, Kafka. Extra fun fact: all of his indoor plants have names!
Alex has a masters degree in international relations and more than 8 years of marketing and account management experience. Before Talkable, he worked at Leo Burnett Ukraine where his clients included P&G, Philip Morris, BNP Paribas, amongst others. In addition to advertising, he has PR and event experience.
Alisa has a blue belt in jiu jitsu — which she’s been practicing for the past two years!
Alisa has a master’s degree in economics from Vadym Hetman National Economic University of Kyiv. Before joining Talkable, she worked as business analyst and managed several major marketing projects at Oriflame Ukraine. While here, she developed the strategy for, and launched, an Ambassador program with 50 influencers that achieved annual goals for the program in just 5 months (including social content that generated engagement with 4MM unique users). Alisa also managed the budget, marketing, and execution of conferences and gala dinners with more than 1,500 attendees.
Mira is a very lucky girl. Once, she got keys from the central London apartment to live there for a week in return for feeding a chameleon and watering plants.
Mira’s academic background is in linguistics which she used early in her career working as an interpreter and a business coordinator for an international cosmetics company Cosmetic group. While there, she partnered with major beauty brands including Revlon, Keune, and IBSA. At work, she aims to build up her professional connections and believes in the importance of a personal touch and connectedness to keep the world moving.
Anastasia has friends all over the world (from the USA, Australia, Greece, Switzerland) as she has been working and traveling around the world on cruise ships. Her favorite destinations are Bora-Bora, Hawaii, Italy, and the Canary Islands.
Anastasia lives by the Black Sea in Odessa, Ukraine. She is an experienced Customer Success Specialist having worked in the IT, Hospitality, and Tourism industries with brands including Carnival, Mitsis Hotels, Reikartz Hotel Group, and IDEXX. Anastasia is devoted to achieving the highest standards of customer support. She enjoys building successful communication with customers and is always ready to go above and beyond.
Lia is definitely a dog-person and her greatest dream is to adopt a corgi.

Lia has a background in humanities combined with almost 4 years of experience in customer support. Before Talkable, she worked at Wix and Grammarly handling the users' requests of various types. In addition to the CS field, Lia has also worked as a translator.
