Enhanced Control with New Script Management Settings

We’re excited to announce an important update to our script management capabilities on the Talkable platform. In our ongoing effort to provide more flexibility and control to our clients, we have made significant changes to how scripts can be managed within our system.

Previously, the platform featured a single setting titled “Skip third-party script,” which controlled multiple scripts simultaneously. This configuration lacked the flexibility some clients needed — especially those wishing to selectively disable specific scripts, such as Google Analytics, due to privacy concerns or specific analytical preferences.

New Script Management Options:

• Skip Google Analytics Integration Script: Independently disable the Google Analytics script — ideal for those who prioritize privacy or manage analytics through alternative means
• Skip Monitoring Scripts: Choose to disable monitoring tools separately — useful for clients using other monitoring systems or wishing to reduce script load on their platforms

These updates empower our clients with greater precision in script management, enabling them to tailor script integrations to better fit their operational needs and compliance standards.
