With this update, Talkable referral activity becomes a first-class part of your Klaviyo lifecycle program. We’ve expanded the Klaviyo integration so referral activity flows automatically into Klaviyo as profile properties, metric events, and ready-made segments — available across your lifecycle flows, segments, and campaigns from day one.
Here’s what’s new:
- Twelve new profile properties sync to every Klaviyo profile — advocate status, referral counts, share activity, referrer details, latest offer date, loyalty status, and campaign data. Available for behavior-driven segmentation and personalization.
- Five new metric events fire on key referral moments — email opt-ins, phone opt-ins, offer shares, referral approvals, and reward issuance. Ready as Flow triggers and segment conditions.
- Four ready-made segments are auto-created on app activation: Talkable Opted In Never Shared, High-Value Advocates, Referred Customers, and Lapsed Advocates.
The expanded Klaviyo integration turns referral activity — from opt-in to reward issued — into native lifecycle data your team can act on every day.
