HubSpot recently retired older Contacts and Lists APIs, and Talkable has updated its HubSpot integration to keep email opt-in syncing aligned with HubSpot’s current platform.
With this update, Talkable’s HubSpot app now uses HubSpot’s newer CRM APIs to create or update contacts and add opted-in people to the selected HubSpot list or segment. That means referral and signup opt-ins can continue flowing into HubSpot automatically, using the supported connection path.
If your HubSpot app shows a reconnect or reinstall prompt, complete it to grant the updated permissions needed for the latest integration flow.
Here’s what’s new:
- Sync Talkable email opt-ins to HubSpot using HubSpot’s current contact APIs
- Add opted-in contacts to HubSpot lists using the newer ILS Segment ID format
- Use updated in-app guidance for finding the correct HubSpot segment/list ID
