Introducing Optimized Default Reporting Periods

In our continuous effort to enhance the user experience on the Talkable platform, we have implemented a significant update aimed at optimizing report load times.

Problem: Previously, the default reporting period for most reports was set to the last 30 days, with an average load time of about 2 minutes. This often delayed access to crucial data, affecting the efficiency of our clients’ operational processes.

Solution: We have now set the default period across most reports to “Today,” which has drastically reduced the loading time to approximately 1 second. This change applies to the initial load of the reports.

The new default setting has been implemented across all reports accessible from the main navigation bar and the “Support” section under “All reports.” This ensures a more efficient and responsive experience, providing quicker access to daily data and insights without compromising the ability to customize the reporting period as needed.
