With a new campaign setting, you can now let users choose whether to sign up or claim offers using their email or phone number. The experience adapts automatically, validating the right input and keeping the flow smooth — no matter which option they pick.
Here’s how it works:
- Enable “Allow user to choose sign-up method (Email or Phone)” in Campaign Rules
- Users see both options during signup
- Talkable handles validation and name-sharing automatically
- Conflicting settings are blocked to keep configurations clean
