Proactive Campaign Monitoring: New Staff Alerts for Low Coupon Redemptions

We’ve launched a new notification feature designed to help teams quickly detect and respond to potential campaign or integration issues. This update introduces automated staff alerts when no coupon redemptions are detected for Friends or Advocates over a set number of days.

Previously, there was no built-in way to detect when users stopped redeeming coupon codes, which could indicate technical issues such as misconfigured incentives, Shopify integration problems, or a lack of engagement.

With this release, the Customer Success Team will now receive alerts when Talkable records zero coupon redemptions over a configurable time period.

Key Details:

• Alerts trigger when no coupon redemptions are recorded for Friends or Advocates over the configured number of days
• Available only for Shopify sites — supports both JavaScript-based and purchase syncing integrations
• Notifications only activate after at least one campaign is live on the site

By surfacing these red flags early, this notification helps teams stay proactive — ensuring campaigns are running smoothly and that performance issues are caught and resolved quickly.
