With this update, that performance view becomes more visual, flexible, and connected. Teams can move beyond a standard one-month snapshot, follow referral activity across Advocate and Friend stages, and continue into deeper reporting without rebuilding context.
We’ve redesigned Campaign Performance to show referral activity as two connected funnels: Advocate and Friend. This makes it clearer where engagement starts, where friends continue the journey, and where referrals turn into measurable results.
Here’s what’s new:
- See the Advocate funnel separately, with metrics like impressions, sharers, shares, and sharing rate — so you can understand how effectively customers are spreading the offer
- See the Friend funnel separately, with offer clicks, site visits, conversion rate, and ideal friend sales — so you can track how referred friends move toward purchase
- Choose the exact date range you want to analyze, instead of being limited to a fixed one-month view
- Review high-level outcomes like new customers, referral revenue, and referral sales directly on the campaign page
- Open the Metrics Aggregation Report with the same campaign, date range, and funnel metrics already selected
The redesigned Campaign Dashboard gives teams a clearer, more actionable view of referral performance — from advocate engagement to friend conversion — without leaving the campaign.
