Set Up Integrations in the AI Assistant

We’ve added Talkable App Store integrations to the AI Assistant. Set up the systems your referral program connects to, and test your Custom App before it goes live, in one conversation.

Integrations carry referral activity to your email and SMS platform, your reward provider, and your own systems. The AI Assistant sets them up for you, within your Talkable role.

Here’s what you can do:

• Browse and install integrations. See what is installed and available, then install, configure, and activate an email or SMS platform, a reward provider, or the Custom App. For Klaviyo and other sign-in integrations, you get a link to approve the connection. Secrets you share stay masked in the chat.
• Send campaign events to your own systems. With the Custom App, Talkable’s webhook integration, choose the events, when each fires, and the fields your systems need.
• Test before you go live. The assistant sends a test request to your Custom App endpoint and shows the payload and the response, even before the action is active.

Try: “Install the Custom App, send referral approved events to https://hooks.example.com/talkable, and send a test payload.”

In the dashboard, every change is previewed and waits for Approve & apply. Your own agent over MCP can run the same setup and Custom App test within the access you grant, so an integration setup can run as part of your agent’s workflow. The AI Assistant connects your referral program to the systems around it, from the first install to a tested Custom App endpoint.
