With the rise of phone number-based user identification and more flexible customer IDs, our latest reporting update ensures that your team can filter, search, and interpret data with greater clarity and precision.
Previously, most filters were tied only to email addresses, limiting visibility when working with diverse data sources. Now, we’ve enhanced filters across key reports to support a broader set of person identifiers—including phone numbers, usernames, and customer IDs. To match this upgrade, we’ve also clarified opt-in field labels to ensure your team knows exactly what data they’re working with.
Here’s what’s changed:

The “Email” filter is now labeled “Person identifier”—with tooltips explaining that you can search by email, phone number, username, customer ID, or ID.

Opt-in columns have been renamed across reports for better clarity. For instance, “AD Opted in” is now “AD Email Opted in” and “Phone Opted in” is now “Phone Number Opted in.”

New opt-in fields have been added where needed to reflect both email and phone consent clearly.
These improvements span all key reports – including Purchases, Rewards, Referrals, People, Offer Shares, and more. The result? Cleaner insights and better alignment with how today’s customers engage with your brand.
