Track More Wallet Pass Clicks by Default

Your Wallet pass links should tell you more about how customers engage. Now they do.

We’ve expanded Talkable Wallet link click tracking to the default Wallet theme. Standard backpass links can now use Talkable’s tracking flow, so clicks are recorded and show up in Wallet reporting.

Here’s what you can do:

• Track clicks on default Wallet pass links.
• Measure engagement on core backpass actions like Shop Now, Order Status, Find Store, and Tap to Refer.
• Review tracked clicks in the Wallet Link Clicks report for analysis and attribution.
• Apply the same tracking setup more consistently across existing Wallet campaigns.

This gives brands a clearer picture of how customers interact with Wallet passes after they’re saved. With better visibility into default-link traffic, teams can make smarter decisions about Wallet experiences and performance.
