Running post-purchase campaigns in Shopify should be simple to launch and even simpler to track. Now your team can see these campaigns exactly the way they expect across Talkable reporting.
Previously, Shopify checkout extension campaigns ran under a standalone campaign type behind the scenes. That meant teams reviewing dashboards and reports saw Standalone instead of Post Purchase, which created confusion during setup, handoff, and performance analysis.
We’ve introduced a dedicated Shopify Checkout Extensibility campaign type that preserves the Shopify-specific setup while displaying these campaigns as Post Purchase throughout Talkable reporting. We also added a Shopify-specific template designed for checkout extension experiences.
Here’s what you can do:
- Create Shopify checkout extension campaigns through the familiar Post Purchase flow.
- See those campaigns labeled as Post Purchase across reports, dashboards, and system labels.
- Use a Shopify-specific template that supports popup, widget, and inline placements.
- Launch with required localizations, GDPR support, and wallet compatibility built in.
- Choose between a full Shopify offer template or a button-only extension preset.
This update gives brands a clearer setup path and much more intuitive reporting for Shopify post-purchase programs. The result is less internal confusion and a smoother way to launch, review, and scale checkout extension campaigns.
