Bring Friends and Advocates Back to Spend Their Rewards

An unused reward is a sale waiting to happen. With this update, Talkable Wallet sends separate reward reminders to friends and advocates, each with its own message and timing, right on their phone.

Friends and advocates earn their rewards in different moments: a friend gets a welcome offer, and an advocate earns a thank-you for a successful referral. Now each reminder can speak to that moment, and a friend who adds the pass after earning a reward still gets a nudge to use it.

Here’s what you can do:

• A message for each audience. Write different reminder copy for friends and advocates, for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, in every language you support.
• Timing that fits. Set when the friend reminder goes out separately from the advocate reminder.
• No reward left behind. Friends who install the pass after earning their reward are reminded too.
• Only when it still helps. Before a reminder goes out, Talkable checks that the pass is still installed and the reward is still available, so customers who already used it aren’t reminded.
• Track each one on its own. Push notification reporting labels friend and advocate reminders separately.

With reminders built for each audience, the rewards your program gives out keep working to bring customers back.
