A Wallet pass install is a high-intent moment — but until now, you had no way to act on it.

When a customer added your brand’s pass to their phone, Talkable sent them a welcome email by default. But there was no way to fire additional downstream automations — like a Klaviyo welcome sequence, loyalty point award, or custom webhook — the moment the install happened. The event simply wasn’t available outside of Talkable.

Now it is. A post-install webhook event is available in the Custom App, so you can trigger any automation the moment someone installs your Wallet pass.

Here’s how it works:

• Enable the Send Wallet Install Event toggle in the Custom App editor and set your Endpoint URL
• A POST request fires to your endpoint every time a customer installs the Wallet pass
• Compatible with Klaviyo and any webhook-capable integration
• Use Send sample payload to test your connection before going live
